Dong Po Meat is like the next level of the classic Chinese dish called Dong Po Rou (braised pork belly). This Vegan Dong Po Meat is just as beautiful in texture and it looks surprisingly like the original pork belly. It is a must-have dish at your Chinese New Year gathering. If you like your flavours to have more punch, add more sugar, soy, or stock powder to your braising stock.
Cooking methods:
1. Slice it into small pieces and add vegetarian oyster or abalone sauce
2. Can also be added to soup or hot pot, or steam it and served
