What is your returns & refunds policy?

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 7 days from when your order arrives.

Please send us an email at with the subject as "Returns and Refunds" and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Everspring is happy to refund products purchased if:

  • You were sent the incorrect item or size
  • The item you have purchased is expired, faulty or damaged when you receive them

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:

  • You just simply changed your mind
  • You purchased chilled/frozen products
  • The item has been opened, used or damaged
  • The item that is returned more than 7 days of the date that you received your order.  

Before we can approve any refund or exchange, items must be returned to us un-opened, un-used and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging for investigation and inspection purposes. Upon confirmation, we will then notify you the outcome of your refund or exchange.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 - 3 business days.

Please note: If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible. Changes or cancellation is only possible before we dispatch your order.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receipt.

If you select option 1 (FREE Local pickup): we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order is ready to be collected at our Cabramatta store (2/4 Hughes Street, Cabramatta, New South Wales, 2166.)

If you select option 2 (Local delivery - our own drivers): submit and pay orders by

  • 11 am for same day delivery after 1PM
  • after 11 am for next day delivery after 1PM

If you select option 3 (Third-party courier delivery service): once dispatched the delivery times depends on where you are getting your order delivered within Australia.

  • Sydney is the next day delivery
  • All other areas are 2-5 days.

Do I have to be home to sign for my delivery?

To ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, all orders are given Authority to Leave at your front door, without a signature required. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left unattended or if you have any special request, please provide the details when placing the order i.e. in the shade, behind pot plant, etc.

Note: orders are sent to the delivery address that you entered when placing the order. To avoid any unexpected costs, please ensure that the shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us and re-delivery is required the shipping fee will be required again.


What if a product is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will list it as temporarily out of stock. In the event that we run out of stock after we received your order, we will notify you within 1-2 business days to offer a replacement of equal value or refund for that item.


What should I do if my order has not arrived within the estimated time frame?

If you have not received your delivery after 7 days, please contact us via email at so we can look into it.
