Recipe: Grilled Soy Sausages with Rocket & Mustard Dressing (serves 2)
Ingredients: 4 pcs vegetarian soy sausages (defrost), 150g rocket vegetable, 5 cherry tomatoes (cut in half), 20g roasted pine nuts
Dressings: 2tbsp (15ml) Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp (50ml) cider vinegar, salt & pepper to taste
1. Cut vegetarian soy sausages into 1 cm thick slices and grill until slightly brown on the outside.
2. Mix dressing in a bowl.
3. Toss all ingredients together with the dressing. Sprinkle roasted pine nuts on top
